Drawing on the brand’s customary floral motifs, the white t-shirt features light blue, pink, and white carnations—colours associated with the Transgender Pride Flag. Bottega Veneta celebrates 50 years of the house’s iconic Intrecciato leather weave
Bottega Veneta marks the 50th anniversary of its iconic Intrecciato leather weave with a new campaign: Craft Is Our Language. Captured by photographer Jack Davison and choreographed by Lenio Kaklea, the striking visuals feature a cast of well-known faces—Tyler, the Creator, Zadie Smith, Julianne Moore, and Lauren Hutton, included—using hand gestures to symbolise both the weave of Intrecciato and global human connection.
First introduced in 1975, Intrecciato (pronounced in-treh-chah-toh) has evolved into one of the House’s most enduring signatures. Now, through a combination of imagery, film, and a coffee table book, Bottega Veneta gives the motif its moment.
